[Robokill Trainer]

Fun arena shooter!

Just to get this off my chest: The game gets a poor rating because it states it is a demo and you don't want to buy the full version. So the poor rating is because the game is bad or the fact that it's a demo? These types of reviews make as much sense as the ones on iTunes... which don't. I mean seriously. Only higher education could have taught someone that a review like the previously mentioned one is a legitimate review. [scoff]

Anyhow. I enjoyed the demo and got to the end. The robot did happen to slide a little bit more than I was used to, but it wasn't a deal breaker. I liked the weapon powerups, but would like to see more variety. Maybe there's more in the full version? Fun demo, would be willing to check out more.

[Microbe Kombat]

I like it...

...but I'm really bad at it.

The controls are good and the interface is clean. Though you mention "correct ratio" in order to consume other enemy microbes, I feel allowing a little more leeway on that would be nice. Or, perhaps, allow for you to grow a much larger microbe because when the enemy splits and eats one protein, I'm kind of stuck until they split again.

...or maybe I'm just playing it wrong. Good stuff though.

Is everyone taking crazy pills?

The game's fantastic. The animation quality is great and the gameplay balance is great. Controls are responsive and I dig the soundtrack.

A great side-scroller racing game!

I'm biased toward pixel graphics so that's already a plus for me.

Aside from that, I feel that the multiplayer support is implemented very well. The game plays great and there's not too much distracting you from the core gameplay. The game feels fairly balanced in which your win is determined by your skill, not the chances of you getting a "blue shell".

This, however, does put people at a disadvantage who happen to be at the wrong place at the wrong time. So it's really a gameplay design tossup, isn't it?

Fantastic Puzzle

I think this puzzle game is great. It pushes the puzzle idea of thinking ahead and laying out your steps carefully.

It is very similar to the robot game mechanic featured in the old PC game "The Castle of Dr. Brain". In that game, however, you had three different robot heads that resulted in interpreting your move data differently (one of the heads, for example, did the opposite of everything you put in).
